Wood floors in all rooms except bathroom/shower which has a Welsh slate floor.

Full central heating/hot water, radiators in all rooms, thermostat on sitting-room wall, dimmer switches on most lights. There is a working fireplace, but the cottage is fully double-glazed and very cosy, so the open fire isn’t necessary for warmth.

The kitchen is very well equipped. Electric facilities include: oven & hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, flat screen TV and radio/cd player (no telephone).

Bedroom 1 - 11'10" x 11'6" (3.6m x 3.5m). Lovely, good-sized bedroom with kingsize double bed and large windows looking onto the front and rear gardens. Linen is provided for this bed.

Bedroom 2 - 9'6" x 8'7" (2.9m x 2.6m). Smaller bedroom with full-size single bed of day-bed design. This room has double doors opening onto the sitting room and also onto the back garden, and can be used as an extra sitting/reading room if it’s not needed as a bedroom. This is a lovely place to relax in the evening sunshine.

Bedroom 3 - 9'6" x 8'7" (2.9m x 2.6m). Same size as bedroom 2, with windows overlooking the back garden and a small side terrace. Two 2’6" single beds which can be stacked one on top of the other if only one bed is required (or to make space for the travel cot which is stored in this room).

Bathroom - 17' x 5'6" (5.2m x 1.7m). Great walk-in shower as well as bath, basin, mirror, w.c. and heated towel rail.

Front Garden and Drive - 65' x 30' (20m x 9m). Deck, lawn, shingle and paving.

Rear Garden - 65' x 60' (20m x 18m). Lawn, shingle, paving, mature trees and flower beds. Small wood shed.
